ALZA Advanced Latino Leadership Program is a dynamic and culturally relevant program. It is designed to elevate Latino/a/x/e leaders’ careers by preparing them for C-Suite level roles. By exploring the psychology of Latino/a/x/e individuals’ challenges in climbing the corporate ladder, discussing workplace politics, and strategically creating allies to support one another, leaders improve their effectiveness.

ALZA uses the Insights© Global Discovery Transformational Leadership model as its foundation, which promotes a holistic approach to leadership development.
