Alexandra discussed her leadership role as Chair and how big moves towards a more streamlined board are underway! She is also involved in the Young Professionals Board and is a participant in the [Mujeres de HACE Program](https://www.haceonline.org/mujeres-de-hace/) this Fall.   Alexandra Turcios shed awe-inspiring light on how HACE has been pivotal to her own career trajectory from politics to the tech space. She utilized HACE’s campaign, [My Career, My Way](https://haceonline.hubspotpagebuilder.com/join-hace?hsLang=en), to share her story, which became an “Aha!” moment for her - reflecting on the importance of networking and leaning into one’s community to open broader spaces of opportunity. [Share with us](https://haceonline.hubspotpagebuilder.com/join-hace?hsLang=en) how you have taken your career into your own hands!   HACE would like for any new Career professionals or recent graduates that are looking for entry-level positions or internships to take advantage of our [Virtual Career Fair](https://www.haceonline.org/event/virtual-career-fair/) to help jumpstart their career.
