This week’s Cafecito con HACE featured career coach, Armando Sepulveda, who discusses his career trajectory and coaching, epic travel history and the upbringing that influenced *his* best version of himself. For those that were watching the weekly live segment, he offered these quick tips: 

- Write down your life/career goals and revisit them on a recurring basis to check in on your progress 

- Aim to be *well rounded*. A happy home and career paired with taking care of your health/fitness is a recipe for success  
- Do 2-week check-ins with a mentor or an accountability partner for additional support to keep you feeling motivated throughout your transition.
