She acknowledged that first-gen Hispanics/Latinx individuals often do not have access to resources to help navigate them through their personal and professional lives. Blanca shared with us how being self-motivated and limitless can serve as a facilitator in gaining access to resources. She also provided insights for those looking to start a business and for individuals taking ownership of their narratives.
