Last week, we sat down with the Head of Talent Development Academy at Medicines Innovation Hub at Eli Lilly and Company, Marta Pineiro-Nunez.  

Marta is an impactful and driven leader focused on developing a diverse group of young, emerging Scientists from the early stages of their careers.
