  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5-10+ years of professional experience

TIME COMMITMENT

The approximate time commitment of 37 hours is outlined below:

  • 1 hour of pre-course preparation (onboarding session) 
  • 21 hours of content, including pre/post surveys 
  • 7 hours of pre-session and group project preparation 
  • 1 hour 1:1 executive coaching 
  • 2 hours of networking events 
  • 3 hours of cohort group presentations 
  • 2 hours graduation ceremony

PROGRAM DATES & SESSIONS

ELLP is delivered over 17 weeks with programming content, networking, and collaboration in a group project. Classes are held bi-weekly, and participants are expected to work with their assigned groups on their projects when the class is not in session. Participants are allowed one absence to ensure they are maximizing the learning experience. 

 *All sessions are from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm CST except for Graduation.

December 11, 2023 (Mon.) | Session 9: Graduation and Networking from 4:00-5:30pm CST via VFairs platform

 

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

This inaugural program will be fully sponsored by Trellix. Due to high demand, selected individuals will be required to commit to the program requirements. In addition, a $300 deposit (to be paid in full by 8/7/23) will be required per accepted participant and will be refunded upon program completion.
