HACE Names New Members to National Board & Advisory Council

Chicago, IL- The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) announced the addition of new members to its National Board of Directors. The Board consists of leaders dedicated to HACE’s mission and representing various industries including tech, finance, and CPG.

“Although all four individuals are new to the Board, they have all been HACE members and supporters for years and themselves embody the HACE mission as they’ve progressed in their own careers. We are so excited to welcome them as Board members,” said HACE CEO & President, Patricia Mota.

The new board members are:

  • Yahaira Corona, Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Aldi
  • Fernando Delgado, Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Johnson & Johnson
  • Ruben DeLeon, Partner/Owner at DeLeon Law Group P.C.
  • Salvador Mendoza, Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at NBCUniversal Media, LLC

“I am proud to welcome these exceptional leaders to HACE’s National Board of Directors. Their experience will help us continue HACE’s mission to empower Latinos in the workplace to enhance their careers,” said Olga Camargo, HACE Board Chair.

In addition, HACE announced new members to its Advisory Council, leaders that serve as spokespersons and actively advise the HACE Leadership on new ideas and ways we can strengthen the impact and visibility of HACE and its work across the nation.

The new advisory board members are:

  • Martha Arteaga, Vice President of Human Resources at AMLI Residential
  • Alvaro Bonta, Vice President of U.S. Franchising Strategy at McDonald’s USA
  • Louis Tinajero, Director of Finance at Norwegian American Hospital
  • Talita Erickson Ramos, Chief D&I Officer (Global), General Counsel (Americas), and CEO (Restaurants, at the Barilla Group
  • Paco Lebron, Founder and CEO at ProdigyTeks
