This week, Cafecito con HACE welcomed special guest, Ana Flores, founder of #WeAllGrow Latina as she revved up this year's Latina Equal Pay Day with an electrifying discussion on the Latina pay gap. 

Ana Flores has served the Latinx community for over a decade, and has made her calling known through advocating for women and by helping them to flourish and to see themselves as a force to be reckoned with in their places of work. Some key tips mentioned in the session highlighted the importance of self-advocacy, removing barriers of fear, and knowing your worth by learning suitable skills, such as in negotiating.
